Full Voting Membership (a calendar year)
$35 - Full voting membership shall be granted only to registered Republican women.
Associate Membership (a calendar year)
$20 - Associate membership is restricted to registered Republican women who currently hold a full voting membership in another Maryland Federation of Republican Women club or to registered Republican men, irrespective of club affiliation.
Connie Onspaugh Scholarship
In 2026, the Republican Women of Frederick County established the Connie Onspaugh Legacy Scholarship to honor the memory of our past president, Connie Onspaugh, and the years she gave to this club and this community. Each year, the scholarship awards $1,000 to a young Republican woman between the ages of 18 and 25.
